The founder’s experience
Redesigning the infrastructure became part of doing my job well.
Madria’s experience spans childcare, personal and family assistance, executive assistance, household and property management, and family cooking. Working within those roles revealed how often a person’s ability to do the job depended on conditions outside their control.
A schedule could leave no time for the responsibilities assigned. Essential resources might be unavailable. A position could combine several different roles without clear priorities, boundaries, or the support needed to carry them out.
With the principal’s authorization, the response was to examine the household as a system, present the findings, and redesign the arrangements that were preventing it from functioning effectively.
